SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR CHILDREN:

1. Age and Supervision

• Services are available for children aged 3 to 16 years old only.

• A parent or legal guardian must be present inside the treatment room at all times.

• A signed consent and waiver form from the parent or legal guardian is required prior to the treatment.

2. Health Screening

• A pre-treatment consultation is required, including disclosure of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent illnesses/infections.

• Massage services will not be provided if the child has a fever, rashes, open wounds, or has recently undergone surgery or sustained an injury.

3. Hygiene Standards

• Fresh linens are used for every treatment, in accordance with strict hygiene protocols.

• Therapists are required to perform proper hand hygiene before and after each session.

4. Massage Technique Restrictions

• Only gentle, light-pressure massage techniques are permitted.

• Sensitive areas such as the spine, neck, and abdomen will be avoided.

5. Duration and Comfort

• Treatment duration is adjusted to ensure the child’s comfort and tolerance at all times.

LITTLE EXPLORERS PLAYTIME ADVENTURES

• Complimentary activities are included during Kids Club playtime access.

• Additional charges apply to paid activities. Advance bookings are required.

• Activities run for 1 hour, guests may extend their playtime or opt not to complete the activity.

• Paid activities are available to both in-house and walk-in guests and do not require Kids Club playtime access.

• Advance reservations are required for activities with additional charges.

• The redemption period is every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.

• The activities are designed for kids aged 3 to 15 years old.

• Kids’ Aquarobics is subject to weather conditions.

• A backup venue will be provided for outdoor activities during bad weather conditions.

• Parents may accompany their Little Explorer but are kindly asked to observe only and not intervene during the sessions.

• Each activity day has a maximum capacity of 10 participants.
