• A “pet” is defined as a domesticated dog or cat.

• A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per room, with a weight not exceeding 22 kg (48.4 lbs.) per pet.

• We strictly do not allow exotic and endangered animals as pet companions in compliance with Republic Act No. 9147 known as the “Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act.”

• All pets must be registered upon check-in at the Front Desk.

• Friendly or trained pets of all breeds are welcome to feel at home in our hotel.

• Owners will be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by their pets.

• Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room to enjoy the hotel’s premises.

• Be respectful of other hotel guests as some may have health concerns when in close contact with fur.

• Please keep your pet under control and avoid interaction with others without an invitation.

• We appreciate your cooperation to refrain from bringing your pets in other guest room and in our food and beverage outlets.

• Pets are free to enjoy the following areas of the hotel:

‣ Inside the guest room

‣ Versailles garden

‣ Novotel Pets Go Potty at the 7th floor

‣ Lobby area (but strictly with leash and diaper)

‣ Designated Pool Alfresco corner (but strictly with diaper, swimming in the pool is disallowed, seating availability is first come, first served basis)

• Pets are not allowed in the Presidential Suite.

•  As part of the Paw-some Staycation offer, the pet cleaning fee is Php 2,000 for each pet per night for all room categories

•  This fee includes a one-time set up of the following pet amenities, which will be delivered to your room:

‣  1 pet towel

‣  1 pet blanket

‣  1 pet Pad

‣  1 pet “Do Not Disturb” door sign

‣  1 portable water bowl

•   Please refrain from using the available towels and linen for your pets. Any use of linen for their pets will incur corresponding charges. Stained linen will be charged twice the regular laundry rate, while permanently stained linens will be charged with a corresponding replacement fee.

•  While inside the room, guests are advised to place a sheet or towel for their pets before placing them on the couch. We have provided a designated pet towel for this purpose.

•  The guest is responsible for the collection and disposal of pet litter inside the garbage bin provided.

•  Part of being a responsible pet owner is cleaning up after your pets – ensure to carry absorbent sheets for cleaning and pick-up.

•  For easy clean-up, kindly place your pet’s litter box inside the bathroom.

•  For safety and security, pets are not allowed to be left alone inside the room.

•  Security deposit amounting to 3,000 per night will be collected upon check in.

•  A sanitation fee of Php 10, 000 will be charged to the pet owner should their pet leave any traces of excreta such as urine and/or feces inside the guest room or in any other hotel premises
