• A “pet” is defined as a domesticated dog or cat.

• We strictly do not allow exotic and endangered animals as pet companions in compliance with Republic Act No. 9147 known as the “Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act.”

• Friendly or trained pets of all breeds are welcome to feel at home in our hotel.

•  Additional guests will be charged PHP 1,200 nett per person, fully consumable on food and beverages. Additional pets will be charged PHP 600 nett per pet, subject to venue capacity and prior approval.

•  Advance reservation is required and is subject to venue availability.

•  All pets must be healthy, well-groomed, and free from fleas, ticks, or any contagious illness.

•  Pet owners must present an updated vaccination record upon request. Pets must have current anti-rabies and core vaccinations appropriate for their age.

• Dogs must remain on a leash, while cats must be kept in a secure carrier or harness when entering, leaving, or moving around the hotel premises.

•  Pets must be supervised by their owners or designated handlers at all times and must not be left unattended.

• Pets are free to enjoy the following areas of the hotel: Versailles garden, Novotel pets Go Potty at the 7th floor, Lobby area (but strictly with leash and diaper), Designated Pool Alfresco corner (but strictly with diaper, swimming in the pool is disallowed, seating availability is first come, first served basis).

•  Aggressive, excessively disruptive, or uncontrolled pets may be asked to leave the venue for the safety and comfort of all guests and animals.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must bring the necessary waste bags, diapers, or other sanitation supplies.

• Pet owners will be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs caused by their pets during the event.

• The hotel will not be liable for any illness, injury, loss, escape, or incident involving a pet during the event.

• Food and beverage selections must be confirmed before the event. Additional orders beyond the package inclusions will be charged accordingly.

• The pet buffet included in the Premium Paw-ty Package is intended for pet consumption. Owners are responsible for checking the ingredients and confirming that they are suitable for their pets, especially in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Decorations, suppliers, and external event materials must be coordinated with and approved by the hotel before the event.

• A deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be settled within the period specified by the hotel.

• Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Changes are subject to availability and hotel approval.

• The package cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges, or offers unless otherwise stated.

• The hotel reserves the right to implement additional safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines when necessary.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue the event if any pet or guest fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
