WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?

Every PHP 1,000 spent at any Novotel Manila Araneta City outlet or facility entitles the guest to one (1) raffle entry.

• Dining and Services:

Food Exchange Manila, Gourmet Bar by Novotel, The 6th Manila, Prana Indian Cuisine at Novotel, Indulge Gelato, and In-Room Dining.

(Excludes: Che Buono by Indulge Gelato and Prana at the World Kitchen/ Platinum Cineplex)

• Accommodations:

Direct room bookings are qualified.

(Excludes: bookings via online travel agencies, third-party agents, corporate bookings charged to company, group reservations and employee rates)

Employees of Araneta Hotels Inc., its sponsors, partner agencies, affiliates, lessees, sister companies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.

 

HOW TO JOIN?

• Participants must fill out the raffle coupon with complete details: name, home address, mobile number, birthdate, email address, age, and signature.

• Completed entries should be dropped in the designated drop box at the Secondary Lobby of Novotel Manila Araneta City.

• By joining, participants agree to the hotel’s privacy

• Participant/Guest must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member to join the raffle.

LIMITATIONS ON WINNING

There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may submit. However, a participant may win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, only the prize of higher value will be awarded.

 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number, email address, and Philippine registered mail.

 

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

The official list of winners will be posted on the Novotel Manila Araneta City Facebook page.

 

PRIZE REDEMPTION PERIOD

Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days of receiving the official notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Araneta Hotels Inc., with prior DTI approval.

 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

•Upon claiming of prizes, winners must present the following at any redemption booth for validation:

‣ Original/physical raffle ticket

‣ The official notification (letter or email)  

‣ Two (2) valid government-issued IDs

• Claiming is available Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM at Novotel Manila Araneta City.

 

OTHER TERMS

• Winners agree to be featured in publicity materials related to the promotion.

• Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts or offers.

• For purchases on promotional discounts, senior citizens and PWDs are entitled to either the promotional discount or the one provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010/Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

• Prizes are non-convertible to cash.
