• Order must be placed 48 hours prior to the date order is required.

• Customer to specify if orders will be for pick-up or delivered through a 3rd party delivery service.

• If 3rd party delivery service is arranged, the time of pick-up and name of the rider must be advised.

• If pick-up is preferred, the customer can pick up the orders at the hotel’s Front Desk located at the main lobby.

• Customer will shoulder the delivery cost of the floral arrangement.

• Items not picked up on time will not be replaced.

• Once the order is placed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or modified.

• Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
