• Chosen treatments must be redeemed on the same day within the specified redemption period.

• Advance reservation is required and is subject to treatment room availability

• Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior their reservation to enjoy their pre-arrival spa ritual.

• Late arrivals on the reservation schedule may shorten treatment time to avoid delays for succeeding reservations

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made minimum of 12 hours prior the appointment schedule. It may be rebooked or rescheduled during the redemption period only.
