PAY
Once you’ve placed your orders, a payment link will be sent to you for pre-payment. Proof of payment must be provided before we prepare your orders.

PICK-UP OR DELIVER
You may pick up your orders at the designated pick-up point at the hotel’s curbside driveway. You may arrange the delivery of your orders with a 3rd party delivery service of your choice.

Placement of orders is through landline, mobile number, or email address provided.
A payment link will be sent for the pre-payment of the orders.
Proof of payment must be provided for orders to be prepared.
Cancellation or refund of prepaid orders is not allowed.
Customer to specify if orders will be Curbside Pickup or delivered through a 3rd party delivery service.
If 3rd party delivery service is arranged, the time of pick-up and name of the rider must be advised.
If Curbside Pickup is preferred, guests can pick up the orders at the designated pickup point located at the driveway of the hotel.
Items not picked up will not be reheated nor replaced.
For bulk orders, a lead time of 48 hours is recommended.
Rates are inclusive of government taxes.
