• Offer is available for redemption from November 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027. The 60-day access period begins on the guest’s first use of any inclusion and must be activated within the redemption period.

• All inclusions must be used within the 60-day validity period. Unused benefits will be forfeited upon expiration and cannot be extended.

• Use of facilities is subject to In Balance guidelines.
