• Guest must present valid local ID or ACR upon check-in per room.

• Prepayment is required upon booking. Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time. The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

WELLNESS & KIDS CLUB

• Offer is available for redemption from November 11, 2026 to January 31, 2027. The membership period begins on the guest’s first use of any inclusion and must be activated within the redemption period.

• Daytime Recharge offer is available for redemption from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM at In Balance Spa.

• Kids Club is designed for children aged 3 to 12 years old. Each child below 3 years old may enter the play area but are required to have one guardian each. Children aged 3 and above may play independently. Children aged 3 to12 may play without a guardian; however, if accompanied, maximum of one (1) guardian per child will be allowed and the fixed guardian rate of PHP 200 nett will apply.

• All inclusions must be used within the redemption period. Unused benefits will be forfeited upon expiration and cannot be extended.

• The Fitness Membership and Spa offers are available for redemption by adults aged 18 years and above. The Kids Club offer must be redeemed by an accompanying adult aged 18 years and above.

• Use of facilities is subject to In Balance Wellness & Kids Club guidelines.

• A completed and duly signed Membership Application Form must be submitted prior to membership activation.

• Prior reservation is highly encouraged when availing of the Fitness Assessment, Little Explorer Activity, and Massage.

• Lockers are for day use only and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All lockers must be vacated before leaving the facility. Items left in lockers overnight will be cleared.

• All inclusions are non-transferable once redeemed.
